Retrieve Gilanis loan application details by loan application ID. For JWT auth, uses the authenticated user. For API key auth, provide user_id as a query parameter.

Submit a loan application. For JWT auth, provide loan_amount only. For API key auth, provide user_id and loan_amount in body. `invoice_id` is optional and identifies the invoice being financed; when supplied it is recorded against the disbursement and shown on the borrower's confirmation SMS.
