Cowdidocs

Introduction

Build financial workflows on the Cowdi public API.

Cowdi exposes a single production API at api.cowdi.co that combines several internal services — accounts, transactions, KYC, and more — behind one consistent, token-authenticated surface.

Cowdi Connect

Cowdi Connect is where your organization manages its integration with the platform. It holds three tools:

  • API clients — register OAuth clients and rotate their secrets.
  • Webhooks — point endpoints at your own services, send test deliveries, and inspect what each one answered.
  • Events — the feed of every event the platform raised for you.

Everything there is also available on this API, under /v1/oauth/clients and /v1/webhooks.

Authenticate your integration

Backend services create a client in Cowdi Connect, exchange its credentials for a short-lived access token, then send that token with every request:

curl https://api.cowdi.co/v1/webhooks/events/types \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $COWDI_ACCESS_TOKEN"

Follow the Quickstart to create a client and make this call, or see Authentication for the other supported flows.
